Onion soup

5-6 onions, 1 / 2 cup oil, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 cup dry white wine, 1 liter juice they cooked vegetables (1 celeriac, parsley root 1, 1 carrot, salt), ground pepper, salt.

For filling: 100g smoked bacon cut julienne (like matchsticks), 4 eggs, 1 pinch of nutmeg, 250 ml cream 80 g grated cheese, pepper, salt.

Remove the beans on the dough paper. Beat egg and oil remaining dough, it gives back in oven 7 minutes. Remove then sprinkle bacon and cheese and pour mixture over them the cream and eggs. Bake in oven 20 minutes.

Remove tart hot form on a platter.
Tagliatelle with pineapple

250 g tagliatelle (pasta, noodles ye), 4 tablespoons sugar 6 slices pineapple compote, 1 box of vanilla ice cream, rum or caramel, brandy 50 g, oil.

Tagliatellele Boil, drain, allow to cool, then sprinkle with sugar and fried in oil. Remove the tissue paper.

Drained pineapple slices of lemon sauce to give the sugar and fry on both sides, then pour the juice over them and a little brandy compote. Boil sauce until reduced and results in a bind.

Serve noodles on plate with sauce and ice cream.
